Senior Relationship Manager HR

Are you ready for a unique opportunity? Are you entrepreneurial and do you want to be the senior relationship manager of our clients for all HR related matters? Then you match perfectly with this commercial HR role.

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager HR with 5-7 years’ experience in an HR business partner position, to join our Global Business Solutions team (GBS team). The GBS team has recently started up a HR & payroll department for our clients and the Senior Relationship Manager HR will have a crucial role in the set-up and further roll-out of the services of this department.

Further the Senior Relationship Manager HR will be the go-to person for all HR and payroll matters of our international clients with respect to their Dutch operations. As a liaison this person will connect with our strategic partner network if and when needed to resolve the matters and come up with tailor made HR solutions, like split and cross border payrolls, set-up of insurance packages and pension plans, employment agreements, benefit plans and recruitment requests.  

Besides running the daily operations the Senior Relationship Manager HR will also be responsible for developing and implementing new services and maintaining and expanding our strategic partner network.  

As the candidate will be managing many different external and internal stakeholders, he or she should be an excellent communicator and have strong organization and planning skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist and advise Operational Clients, including senior client director and strategic partner;
  • Setting up and rolling out a completely new payroll department;
  • Liaise with the strategic partner network;
  • Liaise with operational Clients;
  • Independently determine new services to be deployed;
  • Manage different external and internal stakeholders;
  • Running daily operational HR tasks;

Who we are looking for

  • A true entrepreneur in heart and soul;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong influencer;
  • Stakeholder management skills;
  • Affinity with commercial business sector;
  • A Master degree, or equivalent, ideally in a related field (such as Human Resources, Psychology, Counselling or Business);
  • 5-7 Years of experience in applying a broad generalistic knowledge of human resource management principles, policies within an international context;
  • A global position and / or international assignment is strongly recommended;
  • Cross-cultural mindset;
  • Knowledge of Payroll Solutions;
  • Strong experience with change management and organizational transitions;
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills, with the demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic relationships with key senior stakeholders;
  • Planning, organizational and project management skills. 
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch, French and or German are additional benefits.
