Brazil | Administrative / Secretarial | 1 - 3 years | 40 hours
The candidate´s responsibilities will include liaise with internal and external clients by:
- Experience reviewing charts and managing legal documents alongside the local office into the incorporation process.
- Partner with colleagues across the organization to maximize the client relationship.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team
- Work with clients and business partners to introduce them to the portfolio of services of Intertrust.
- Embrace the firm’s commitment to the client experience
We are looking forThe successful candidate will have a legal and/or business degree and at least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in a corporate environment, including, but not limited to; law firms, private banking, and asset management companies. Fluent in English is a must.
Attention to detail and strong technical and communication skills are essential.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook are a must, as well as strong experience maintaining information and registers in an entity management system.
