  • Business analysis - scope projects / business change to ensure the requirements and value added is understood and clearly defined
  • Project management - plan, run and deliver projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation, influencing¬† others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans where appropriate
  • Project delivery :
  • work with and lead SMEs to ensure both project and business change delivery
  • process improvements by evaluating, re-designing processes and implementing changes to improve workflow, cost control and or efficiency
  • prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and training materials
  • regularly review deliverables and adopted approach to ascertain if they remain achievable and if not, devise an alternative approach

Extra Information

The projects and operational improvements scope includes but is not limited to;  new service introduction and set up; business process improvements through efficiencies and enhanced effectiveness; business process documentation and revision; data stewardship set up and remediation; IT enhancements for supporting Business operations (within the limitation of the Intertrust IT function) and many more.
