Job title:      Head of Private Fund Administration Operations, Luxembourg (F/M)

Are you a seasoned operations leader interested in joining an ambitious international firm, to both run day to day operations in the fastest growing market sector, and actively participate in shaping and delivering our strategic and commercial objectives? 

Job Description

  • Lead a team of over 80 professionals to deliver market leading service as a third party private fund administrator
  • Serve as effective partner to clients and colleagues by demonstrating market awareness, technical expertise and a consultative and collaborative mindset to drive growth
  • Partner with business development, product and client servicers colleagues to continually identify and implement solutions to improve service levels, drive efficiencies and identify/manage risks   

Professional Competencies/Experience

  • >15 years in administration of private funds (including PE, RE, Infrastructure, and Debt) and associated legal entities/SPVs
  • Knowledge of transfer agency, fund accounting, and legal entity accounting services and associated market place.  Experience of depositary, AIFM, regulatory reporting, and tax compliance services would be an advantage
  • Delivering leading service levels through effective use of KPIs, training and on the job coaching/mentorship
  • Maintaining effective and cohesive management teams through identifying and developing high potential individuals
  • Extensive knowledge of the Luxembourg related regulatory and legal landscape, including KYC & AML
  • Partnering with multiple clients from diverse disciplines and sectors to deliver market leading service levels
  • Participation in business development activities, including acting as a  Subject Matter Expert as required, and providing input into pricing and RFPs
  • Effective participation in industry bodies and forums

  • Can-do, positive attitude


  • University degree – accounting qualification an advantage
  • Excellent English- additional languages an advantage
  • Knowledge of fund administration systems including Investran
