Corporate Administrator - Capital Markets

Our office in Ireland was established in 2009 and has rapidly grown since then to a team of over 100 professionals engaged in the delivery of a comprehensive range of services which are uniquely tailored to client requirements.In line with our rapid expansion and growth objectives, we are now looking to recruit highly motivated individuals to join our Capital Markets Team.

The Position

Intertrust Management Ireland Limited is seeking a Corporate Administrator.

Deliverables

Legal/company secretarial aspects: 

  • Assist Capital Markets team with general company secretarial duties including incorporation of companies, Companies Registration Office filings and maintenance of statutory registers

  • Assist the Capital Markets team with the execution of transactional documentation and liaise with intermediaries for the safe delivery of documentation

  • Updating Viewpoint system with company information

  • General filing and administrative duties

Relationship Management with Clients

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and intermediaries – primarily by quick turnaround of requests/queries

  • Contact with client's advisors, accountants and third parties (bank, tax administration, etc.)

Required knowledge and experience

  • Third level qualification, preferably in Business or Law

  • Work Experience in a tax, law or financial institution, company secretarial matters

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Teamwork skills - flexible, pragmatic, thorough, proactive, enthusiastic and service minded

  • Adaptable - comfortable with handling a range of tasks in a fast-moving, environment

  • Proactive - ability to work under own initiative without direction

  • Meticulous attention to detail, flexible and very well organised

  • Ability to work well alone as well as part of a team
