Legal

If you have a legal background and are interested in either a client facing or back office position, we can offer you many opportunities. Our legal professionals are involved in setting up, maintaining and managing a portfolio of companies for our clients. They ensure that the companies in their portfolio are kept in good legal standing and provide guidance to our clients with respect to their international business structuring. This requires analysis and review of legal documents, regulations and procedures. Many of our Company Lawyers and Legal Assistants work within Corporate Secretarial services.

In order to best service our clients, they are continuously educated on the various legal entities, the tax and legal environment, regulatory system, and laws in different jurisdictions.

In the jurisdictions where Intertrust offers Fund services we have professionals working as a director, trustee or within administrative services. When working within Fund Services you need to have a thorough understanding of your clients’ business in order to support the operational, regulatory and governance requirements of a wide range of investment vehicles. You have, for instance, to be able to perform detailed reviews of legal and financial documentation to ensure compliance and liaise with attorneys located around the globe.
